1. WHAT MADE-TO-ORDER MEANS
Made-to-order products are items that are produced, prepared, customized, or ordered specifically for your project after your selections are confirmed.
This may include:
- Custom interior kits
- Car and truck upholstery
- Seat covers
- Seats
- Flooring or carpet
- Center consoles
- Stitching selections
- Material and color selections
- Interior Kit Builder orders
- Special-order parts
- Other custom interior products or accessories
Because these products are made for your specific selections, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once materials have been ordered, production has started, or work has been scheduled.
2. INTERIOR KIT BUILDER ORDERS
The Palmetto Classics Interior Kit Builder allows customers to choose materials, seats, upholstery, stitch patterns, flooring, consoles, accessories, and other custom interior kit details.
After you submit your selections, our team may review your request and follow up with pricing, production details, payment requirements, and next steps.
Submitting an Interior Kit Builder request does not automatically place a final custom order unless payment or checkout confirmation has been completed.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections before approving a quote or placing an order.
This includes:
- Vehicle year
- Product selections
- Material choices
- Color choices
- Upholstery options
- Stitch pattern
- Seat style
- Console selection
- Flooring selection
- Shipping address
- Uploaded photos or project notes
Incorrect, incomplete, or changed information may affect pricing, production time, fitment, or the final result.
4. CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL
If you need to change a made-to-order product after approval, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after materials have been ordered, production has started, or work has been scheduled.
Approved changes may affect pricing, deposit requirements, production timeline, and shipping date.
5. PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Production time depends on order complexity, material availability, supplier timelines, and production schedule.
For full interior orders, the current estimated lead time is 12-16 weeks from the date the initial deposit is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
6. PHOTO UPDATES
For certain custom interior orders, Palmetto Classics may send photo updates during the project so customers can follow along.
Photo updates are provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on the project type, production stage, and team availability.
7. FINAL SALE
Made-to-order, custom, built-to-order, personalized, or special-order products are final sale.
These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective and the issue is approved by Palmetto Classics.

8. FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
Classic vehicle may vary based on year, condition, prior modifications, restoration work, and installation method.
Some products may require adjustment, additional parts, or professional installation.
Palmetto Classics is not responsible for installation errors, vehicle damage, modification issues, or fitment problems caused by inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.
Professional installation is recommended for certain products.
