Palmetto Classics accepts payment for vehicle interior products, material sample kits, and custom interior kit orders through our website or approved payment methods. This Payment and Deposit Policy explains how payments, deposits, balances, and refunds are handled.

1. PAYMENT METHODS
Palmetto Classics may accept credit card payments and other approved payment methods through Stripe or another secure payment provider.
When you submit payment, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.
Palmetto Classics does not directly store full credit card numbers. Payment information is processed by Stripe or the approved payment provider.
2. WEBSITE ORDERS
For standard website purchases, full payment may be required at checkout before the order is processed.
This may include:
- Material sample kits
- Standard vehicle interior products
- Accessories
- In-stock or ready-to-ship items
- Other products available for direct purchase on the website
Taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees may be calculated at checkout.
3. CUSTOM QUOTES
Some custom interior kit orders may require a quote before payment is collected.
Quotes may be based on:
- Product selections
- Material selections
- Upholstery options
- Seat style
- Stitch pattern
- Console options
- Flooring options
- Accessories
- Shipping location
- Project complexity
A quote is not a confirmed order until it is approved by the customer and the required payment or deposit has been received.
4. DEPOSITS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom interior orders, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or production begins.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% deposit is required once the quote is approved.
The deposit helps cover material costs, production scheduling, and preparation for the custom order.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
Deposits may become non-refundable once materials have been ordered, production has started, or work has been scheduled.
If a customer requests cancellation before materials are ordered or production begins, Palmetto Classics may review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refund or partial refund may be reduced by payment processing fees, administrative costs, material costs, or other costs already incurred.
6. FINAL BALANCE
For custom interior orders, the final balance is due once the order is complete and ready to ship, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will not be released or shipped until the final balance and any applicable shipping charges have been paid in full.
7. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable.
If a refund, cancellation, or partial refund is approved, any non-refundable processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted by law.
8. PRICING AND ERRORS
Palmetto Classics makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing. However, pricing errors, product errors, or quote errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, revise quotes, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or information.
Product pricing, material pricing, shipping costs, and availability may change without notice.
9. SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout or included in the quote where required by law.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to their order.
10. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If a payment is declined, failed, disputed, reversed, or flagged for review, Palmetto Classics may delay, suspend, or cancel the order until payment is resolved.
We may contact the customer for updated payment information when needed.
11. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact Palmetto Classics before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
We will review the issue and do our best to help resolve it.
Filing a chargeback does not cancel your order, remove your payment obligations, or change the terms of any approved custom order, deposit, or final balance.
