CUSTOM INTERIOR KIT BUILDER

CUSTOM INTERIOR
KIT BUILDER FAQ

How does a custom Bronco interior order work?

Custom interior orders usually begin with material selection, product selection, and build details. Customers may start with a material sample kit, use the Interior Kit Builder, or contact our team to discuss their project. After your selections are reviewed, our team may prepare a quote and confirm the next steps.

The Interior Kit Builder is a mini configurator that helps customers build a custom Bronco interior kit by choosing materials, seats, upholstery, stitch patterns, flooring, consoles, audio options, and add-ons.

Yes. Many Palmetto Classics interior products and kits are made-to-order or prepared based on your selected materials, upholstery, stitch pattern, seat style, console options, flooring, and accessories.

Because these items are custom or made-to-order, they are generally final sale once approved and production begins.

For full interior orders, the current estimated lead time is typically 12–16 weeks from the date the initial deposit is received.

Lead times may vary based on material availability, order complexity, production schedule, and shipping timelines.

For custom interior projects, Palmetto Classics may send photo updates throughout the process so customers can follow along as the build moves forward.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after materials have been ordered, production has started, or work has been scheduled.

Approved changes may affect pricing, production timeline, and final delivery.

You may be able to select:

  • Vehicle year
  • Materials
  • Upholstery options
  • Seat style
  • Stitch pattern
  • Flooring
  • Center console
  • Audio options
  • Seat belts
  • Add-ons and accessories
  • Build notes or custom requests
SHIPPING

SHIPPING FAQ

Who does Palmetto Classics use for shipping?

Palmetto Classics currently uses FedEx or another approved shipping provider when needed.

Shipping depends on the product type. In-stock or ready-to-ship items may ship sooner, while custom and made-to-order products require production time before shipping.

Full custom interior orders typically require a production timeline before the order is ready to ship.

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information may be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package arrives damaged, contact Palmetto Classics within [Insert Number] days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

PAYMENT &
DEPOSIT FAQ

What payment methods are accepted?

Palmetto Classics may accept credit card payments and other approved payment methods through Stripe or another secure payment provider.

No. Palmetto Classics does not directly store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.

Yes. For custom interior orders, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or production begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% deposit may be required once the quote is approved.

The final balance is due once your custom order is complete and ready to ship, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be released or shipped until the final balance and any applicable shipping costs are paid in full.

Deposits may become non-refundable once materials have been ordered, production has started, or work has been scheduled.

FINAL SALE & RETURNS

FINAL SALE &
RETURNS FAQ

Can I return a custom interior kit?

Custom, made-to-order, built-to-order, personalized, or special-order products are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Many Palmetto Classics products are made specifically for each customer’s selected materials, vehicle details, upholstery choices, stitch pattern, and build preferences. Because these items are produced for a specific order, they cannot usually be returned or resold.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective, contact us within [Insert Number] days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, missing item shipment, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellation may be possible only if the order has not been processed, packed, shipped, or moved into production. For custom or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once a quote is approved, materials are ordered, production has started, or work has been scheduled.

FITMENT

FITMENT FAQ

How do I know if a product will fit my Bronco?

Fitment may depend on your vehicle year, model, condition, prior modifications, restoration work, and installation method. Please review product details carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure, contact our team before purchasing.

Palmetto Classics may offer products for different classic Bronco model years, including 1966–1977 and 1978–1979 Ford Bronco options where available. Always check the product page or builder selections for year compatibility.
