5. INTERIOR KIT BUILDER AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Our Interior Kit Builder allows customers to select materials, upholstery, seats, stitch patterns, consoles, flooring, accessories, and other interior kit options.
Submitting selections through the Interior Kit Builder does not automatically place a final custom order unless clearly stated at checkout. In many cases, our team will review your submission and follow up with a quote, payment details, production timeline, and next steps.
Custom interior kits may be built based on the selections, notes, photos, measurements, and project details provided by the customer. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Incorrect, incomplete, or changed information may affect pricing, production time, fitment, or final results.
6. QUOTES, DEPOSITS, AND PRODUCTION TIMELINE
For custom interior orders, a quote may be provided after our team reviews your selections and project details.
Once a quote is approved, a deposit may be required before production begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% deposit may be required to cover material costs and begin production.
Lead times for custom interior work may vary based on material availability, production schedule, order complexity, and shipping timelines. Estimated lead times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
The final balance is due once your order is complete and ready to ship, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other approved payment providers. Palmetto Classics does not directly store full credit card numbers.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product availability, pricing errors, shipping limitations, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Palmetto Classics may use FedEx or other shipping providers to ship customer orders.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Palmetto Classics is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, additional fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, material availability, production timelines, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss may pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Return, exchange, and cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of product purchased.
Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or special-order interior products may not be eligible for return or cancellation once materials have been ordered or production has begun, unless the product is defective or otherwise required by law.
Standard products may be subject to our Return Policy. Please review our Return Policy before placing an order.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered production or shipping.
10. FITMENT AND INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER
Palmetto Classics products are designed for classic car and truck builds and may be used in restored, modified, or custom vehicles.
Fitment may vary based on the vehicle’s year, condition, prior modifications, installation method, and configuration. Some products may require adjustment, professional installation, or additional parts.
Professional installation is recommended for certain products. Palmetto Classics is not responsible for installation errors, vehicle damage, improper use, modification, or issues caused by incorrect installation.
11. CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS, PHOTOS, AND PROJECT DETAILS
If you submit photos, inspiration images, project notes, reviews, feedback, or other content to Palmetto Classics, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
By submitting content, you allow Palmetto Classics to use it as needed to review your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you, produce your order, provide customer support, or improve our services.
